What awesome customer service from this company. Great communication too. My query was dealt with efficiently, and in record time! The fragrances are heavenly.

Great value for money, and the fragrance I chose is very close to the one it’s based on. The packaging is good quality, and the satin black finish on the premium version looks brilliant. (The bottle design is unique, unlike a few other ‘brands’ out there).
The fragrance isn’t overpowering, but noticeable whenever I’m in my car. I’d definitely recommend this and will be trying out different fragrances in future.

Followed instructions on product. Came back to the car the next morning to see that it had leaked everywhere, the wood top had cracked. Product leaked into the interior of the car and has stripped/ bubbles the paint on the dash. Completely ruined the interior of my car!!!!

I have been using Carfume to keep my car smelling fresh for over a year now. I get lots of comments from passengers in my car at how nice it smells. Some even ask me what perfume I'm wearing. I love my new bear he is so cute and with my favourite snow fairy smell ?. Carfume are a great little company. They deliver promptly and offer the best deals ever. Keep doing what you are doing.

I love this company, the products are really good, the scent lasts ages and they look really nice when in the vehicle. I have ordered loads, and have given them to friends and family, the subscription service is great and saves even more. It might seem expensive initially but they last ages, and the choice of fragrances is amazing. Easily the best car air freshener I have ever used

Order from carfume every few months(the scents last that long so no need to order more frequently) and items are always delivered quickly and well packaged.

Ive only had one small issue with an item and it was resolved within 48 hours of me emailing - customer service was fantastic.

Some of the things seem expensive compared to supermarket bought air fresheners but the scents last ages and the choice is great so worth the extra few quid!

I have been a repeat customer since Easter last year (I couldn't say no to those limited edition mini egg scents) and I like the air fresheners a lot. Being refillable is also a nice selling point.
It was only on my most recent order that I've had any reason to get in touch with customer services, who were very polite, quick to reply and solved my issue nicely. I'll keep on shopping here I think!

One of the items I received was faulty, I emailed my concerns the response was very quick and asking me to chose a new fragrance.

The smell of the fragrance is really good however you literally cant smell it. They instruct to turn it upside down for 5 seconds, this did nothing. Ive had it upside down for 5 hours now and the tip of the pyramid is just going dark but still not really smelling much. Its a good idea but unfortunately doesn't work as expected. The wood needs to be bigger and much more porous. Ill just tip the fragrance onto some paper and place that in my car instead. Needless to say we wont be buying again.

My items were dispatched quite later than expected however, people need to remember that we are currently in the busiest time of the year and it’s a very hard time for small businesses. I am a regular customer to car fume and their products are always amazing, thank you for your service!

Ordered on the 9th December, had no dispatch email from them, so emailed asking where it is on the 16th, I get a reply on the 20th with a very big apology but will receive my items for Christmas, items received today and even got 2 free hanging air fresheners as an apology. Very annoying I had to wait so long but was resolved. Definitely not a fake company.
